These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FormCoach ("the app"), developed by Junsoft AI ("we", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

FormCoach is an AI-powered fitness form coaching application that uses your device's camera to analyze exercise form in real-time. The app provides form scores, feedback, and workout tracking.

FormCoach is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FormCoach. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account & Access

FormCoach does not require an account. The app works entirely on your device without registration or login.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: FormCoach offers limited features for free, including form analysis for select exercises with daily set limits.

FormCoach Pro: A premium subscription that unlocks all exercises, unlimited sets, trend analytics, achievements, workout templates, and smart reminders.

Pricing: $9.99/month or $59.99/year
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality
Redistribute or resell the app or its content

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important: FormCoach provides AI-generated form feedback based on camera analysis. This feedback is not a substitute for professional fitness instruction or medical advice.

Always consult a qualified fitness professional or physician before starting any exercise program
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
The app's form analysis is based on general biomechanical principles and may not account for individual physical conditions, injuries, or limitations
We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during exercise

7. Intellectual Property

All content in FormCoach, including the app design, algorithms, graphics, and text, is owned by Junsoft AI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junsoft AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or financial loss.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junsoft AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
